Our platform is free to use and designed to be easily searchable by conference organizers, media outlets, podcasters, and more. By providing an accessible, interactive directory of women in CRE, we are making it easier than ever to find, connect with, and elevate female voices across the industry.

Allison S. Weiss Women Speak CRE | Founder

Founded by Allison Weiss, a passionate advocate for making CRE a great place for everyone, Women Speak CRE was born out of a desire to address the persistent inequities in the industry. After witnessing the stark underrepresentation of women at industry events, she channeled her frustration into action, creating a space that connects talented women with platforms where their voices can be heard.

  

  • Allison is also the Founder of CRE Recruiting, a boutique firm with national expertise in commercial real estate placement & consulting. 

    Throughout her career she has successfully advised and placed hundreds of commercial real estate professionals, from early-career folks to executives, across every facet of the industry. 

    While most CRE professionals focus on properties, Allison helps her clients to align the right people, processes, and platforms to drive innovation & growth. 

    Allison is a sought-after thought leader and speaker, often featured in media outlets like Bisnow, CoStar News, GlobeSt.com, & Commercial Property Executive.
