Carrie Bobb
Creating memorable places and evoking emotion in mixed-use developments through retail leasing, merchandising strategies and placemaking is what Carrie loves about her job.
Throughout her career, she has represented landlords such as Kilroy Realty, Hines, Asana Partners, Bosa Development, Protea Properties, TRC, Heitman, Southwest Value Partners, Regency Centers and several others.
Carrie has completed over $2 billion in total consideration with retailers such as lululemon, West Elm, SoulCycle, Cinepolis, Sephora, Blue Bottle Coffee, North Italia, Harland Brewery, Salt & Straw, Drybar and several others. Leasing up One Paseo in Del Mar, CA out of the ground is one of her favorite projects.
In 2021, Carrie launched hellojenny in order to develop digital strategies specifically for commercial real estate by aligning the social media strategy of an asset with the leasing strategy. They are social media people with a background in commercial real estate transactions. Foundry acquired hellojenny in spring 2023.
Her story was the inspiration behind the legislation, Carrie’s Law. Carrie’s Law removed arbitration for sexual assault in the workplace and was endorsed by Intel, Microsoft, Uber, Allstate, Westfield and so many others, including several businesses within commercial real estate.
This is one of the things she is most proud of in her career - it's her biggest deal to date. In 2022,
federal legislation passed removing arbitration for sexual assault in employment contracts. (60 million Americans had signed a confidentiality in the event of rape in the workplace prior to ever starting their job.)
Carrie is a wife and a mom of three. In 2022, their family relocated from San Diego to Nashville and are loving the adventure of living in the South.
